Andrew Ordon is a plastic surgeon and beauty expert from ‘The Doctors’ talk show, and he shares with us amazing homemade beauty recipes.
It may go against his profession, but Ordon pushes a more natural and less invasive approach to skin care.
He expounds on this in his new book Better in 7: The Ultimate 7 Day Guide to a Better You. Here are some of his DIY recipes that can help remove dark circles under your eyes, give you shiny hair and smoother skin.
The best part is being able to complete the recipes from ingredients found in your own pantry.

Crush your dried basil leaves and put them in a cup of boiling water. Let the mixture cool down first, then proceed to strain out the leaves. Put the mixture in a spray bottle and spritz on your skin. Use a cotton ball to spread your toner gently around your face. You can do this daily before cleansing.
